14 Day Return Policy
- Product shall be eligible for 100% refund only if returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Our Quality Assurance Department will review the product to ensure it is free from any sort of damage/alteration/re-size etc.
- Refund shall be processed only after obtaining an approval from the Quality Assurance Department.
- The product returned shall be accompanied by:
- Original Product
- Original Invoice
- Product Certificate (If any)
- Valid Government Id Proof of the person in whose name the purchase invoice was made.
- Following shall be considered as a valid ID proof:
- Aadhar card;
- Voters Identification card; or
- Passport
- The refund amount shall be the actual amount paid.
- For all products valuing below Rs. 1,50,000/- this return policy shall be applicable.
- For any product the amount of which is Rs. 1,50,000/- or more the buyback policy is applicable.

In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
