Any request for further service or Exchange / Buyback of the products or complaints should be accompanied with the original invoice/ receipts and certificates
- Any scheme applicable at the time of purchase would not be applicable on Exchange / Buyback.

SYNDIORA Exchange / Buyback policy can be withdrawn or altered without any prior notice at any given time and the decision of SYNDIORA shall be final.
- The product will be eligible for buyback after 1 year from the date of invoice
- Buyback: 75% of the invoice price will be refunded
- Exchange: GST and making charges will be deducted
- In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be restricted to the courts in Mumbai
